Hello Beautiful People!
During the month of June I have 3 weddings so I’ve decided to do a “Wedding Guest Style Series”. Keep your eyes peeled over the next few weeks for chapters two and three. Hopefully you’ll find some style inspiration.
I had my cousin’s wedding last Friday. I have to be honest, the day before the wedding I dashed into Folkster in Kilkenny. In fact, not only was it the day before but it was just before closing time, at 5.50 p.m.! (I know I’m one of those people!) However, the girls that work in this store are just so lovely. They were so helpful and friendly. (I would’ve pushed me out the door!)
Here’s a look at what I wore…
The sequinned top is so beautiful; the detail is incredible – so intricate and delicate. It closes at the back with just two clasps at the top, creating a split back detail. I love that this can be turned around and used as a jacket. It’s such a versatile piece and can be worn with jeans too. As for the skirt, I felt like a “Folkster Fairy” all night! As you can see in the last photo, there is a delicate lace detail on the hem, making it so elegant – perfect for a summer wedding.
I am not going to link these particular pieces, as Folkster stock changes so regularly the links will be void by tomorrow! Instead I’m going to just link their website below and provide their phone number. I’d also recommend following their Instagram Here and their Facebook Here. Their social media accounts are the best way of keeping up to date with their stock. 🙂
I hope you enjoyed Chapter one of my “Wedding Guest Style Series”. I’d love to hear what you thought in the comment section below.
With Love,

[…] I had to reuse & recycle! I decided on this tulle skirt, which you may remember from my “Wedding Guest Style Series.” This time I wanted to go less fairytale, more grunge (sort of!), so I paired it with a leather […]
