I wore this outfit for lunch with my boyfriend this afternoon…yes that is the shadow of his head sneaking into the picture, he’s still learning!!
Suede is something you either love or hate – I love it! I decided to layer this fringed sleeveless piece over a brown leather jacket (it’s still so freakin’ chilly!). I found this belt amongst some of my mums old clothes from when she was my age and it is something I wear all the time, she really wants it back now!
On a side note, I’m in love with my new Mac lipliner in ‘Cork‘ and lipstick in shade ‘A94 – Cherish‘. Perfect for a laid-back daytime look like today!
While this is a comfortable, casual look, the suede fringing is a nod to the ’70s trend, in a subtle way – winning!! (For full on 70’s inspiration check out my post here!)
This leather jacket is basically vintage at this stage – I bought it years ago in A-Wear but Bershka have a quite a similar one in stock at the moment. The ankle boots are from Topshop many moons ago but they have quite similar ones back in stock.
